In her role, she supports clients by being consistent, caring, and detail-oriented. She stays on top of things like renewals, payments, billing, and updates—so there’s never a gap in coverage. Whether it’s a mortgagee change or a simple reminder, she wants clients to feel confident knowing they’re in good hands, even behind the scenes.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family—especially her daughter. Whether they’re playing, laughing, or soaking in the little moments, it’s what keeps her grounded and brings her joy.
