Ashley Cooley

Ashley was drawn to Innovators because of its smaller, family-oriented atmosphere and the integrity that drives everything the team does. It’s really important to her to work with a group of people who have strong character and to feel confident in the work being delivered to clients.

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, she helps make business insurance feel less overwhelming and more manageable. From navigating coverages and renewals to prepping for audits and sending out COIs, she loves being a reliable resource for clients—making sure they feel covered, confident, and supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, spending time with family is at the top of her list. She also loves to travel (give her sun and a beach any day!), squeeze in some gym time when she can, and raise the BEST cavapoo puppies!
