With a degree in Finance and Business Analytics, Bryce was intrigued when Daniel introduced him to the world of commercial insurance. The role immediately sparked his interest, and what’s made it truly rewarding is the team he works with and the strong values that define Innovators—he couldn’t ask for a better environment to grow in.

Each day, he focuses on making sure clients’ needs are met—whether that’s processing policy changes, issuing COIs, answering policy questions, or staying ahead of audits and renewals to avoid unwanted surprises. He strives to keep everything organized and clear, so clients feel confident and supported at every step.

Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting and listening to music—it’s his favorite way to recharge and stay balanced.
