Makenzie Roederer

Makenzie came to Innovators Insurance after an 11-year career as a nurse. Helping people is truly in her DNA, and she felt spiritually led to step away from healthcare and explore a new path in insurance. She knew she could carry the same passion for helping others into this work, this time focusing on their financial well-being rather than their physical health. What drew her to Innovators was the agency’s values, its vision, and the love and passion the team pours into every client. She feels fortunate to have found a place where her faith and her work fit together so naturally.

Makenzie’s focus is making sure every client she meets feels heard, valued, and appreciated, while serving as a trusted advisor on their journey. Organization and precision matter deeply to her, and she does not take the opportunity to serve the Charlestown community lightly. She wants her clients to know they are never just another number at the agency. Every client, prospect, and caller is an important part of the Innovators community.

Outside of work, you can find Makenzie cuddled up on the couch with her husband Jonathan, their two sweet girls Hazel and Ada, and their Cavapoo, Bo. She also enjoys going for a run, reading a good book, binge watching a new show, and getting creative with crocheting and cross-stitching. She and Jonathan spend a lot of quality time with their parents, siblings, and nieces and nephews. Family time means everything to them.
